Whether you’re aiming to be the next top scorer or standout goalkeeper\, this program provides essential training that will support your individual development further. \n\n\nFinishing School (U7-U17)\nFinishing School will focus on: \n\nShooting techniques: laces\, inside foot\, volleys\, and finishing from different angles\nFirst-touch and ball setup in front of goal\n1v1 attacking scenarios and combination play\nCreating separation and intelligent movement off the ball\nComposure under pressure in front of goal\n\n\n\n  \nGoalkeeper School (U7-u17) \nGoalkeepers will be trained in: \n\nFundamentals of handling and positioning\nFootwork and diving technique\n1v1 situations and breakaway saves\nReading shooters and improving reaction time\nHigh ball management and dealing with crosses\nDistribution skills: throws\, punts and passes under pressure.\n\n\n\nWho Can Join: \n\nThis program is open to all registered members of the Calgary Foothills Soccer Club\, as well as their friends and family. \n\n\nAge Groups: \n\nFinishing School for Goal Scorers: U7 – U17\nGoalkeeper School for Goalkeepers: U9 – U17\n\n\nPlease note that players will be grouped according to their stage of development. \n\nLocation: \n\n\nFoothills Skills Centre\, 3916 56 Avenue\, SE \n\n\nDates: \n\nMay 30th\, 2025\nJune 6th\, 2025\nJune 13\, 2025\nJune 20\, 2025\nJune 27\, 2025\nJuly 4\, 2025\nJuly 11\, 2025\nJuly 18\, 2025\n\n\n\nTime:\n4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. \n\n\nCost:\n$200 per player for 8 sessions \nWith limited spots available to ensure individualized attention and high-quality repetition\, we recommend registering early to secure your place.
