The FIRST 200 IN THE DOOR WILL RECEIVE A FREE SHIRT. The remainder will be available for a fee\, while supplies last. THANK YOU TO OUR SPONSOR\, KICKS SPORT!\n* Special guests and speakers including our new Mascot!\n* Food and refreshments available including a free bbq. This class focuses on a series of dynamic sprinting drills that will push your physical limits and elevate your performance on the field. Athletes will engage in rapid\, repetitive sprinting exercises interspersed with short recovery periods\, optimizing cardiovascular fitness and muscle power. \nPreparation:\nTo prepare for the demanding nature of this training\, it’s crucial that participants arrive well-fueled. We recommend consuming a balanced meal rich in carbohydrates before the class to ensure optimal energy levels. Additionally\, each athlete should bring adequate hydration to maintain peak performance and prevent dehydration throughout the session.
