From mental performance to menstrual cycle awareness to advanced nutrition and movement insights—this evening is all about elevating the full athlete. No registration required; open to all Foothills Trades and Academy participants.

• 7:00 – 8:00 PM – Sport Performance & Menstrual Cycle with Carla van den Berg (Girls)
• 7:00 – 8:00 PM – Concussions and Return to Play with Medical Partners at Vivo Cura (Boys)
