FOOTHILLS FINISHING & GOALKEEPER SCHOOL
Elevate your game with Foothills Finishing School & Goalkeeper school, an 8-week program tailored to enhance the skills of both goal scorers and goalkeepers. Whether you’re aiming to be the next top scorer or standout goalkeeper, this program provides essential training that will support your individual development further.
For Goal Scorers
Become a lethal finisher. Our focused training will equip you with the ability to capitalize on every opportunity, ensuring you find the back of the net more often. You will master:
- Precision ball-striking techniques
- Optimal positioning for high-percentage scoring opportunities
- The art of converting chances into goals
For Goalkeepers
Become an unbreakable last line of defense. Our program develops your goalkeeping skills with a focus on advanced techniques, positioning, and decision-making. You will learn:
- Advanced shot-stopping strategies
- Leadership and effective communication from the back
- Defending set pieces and how you can support play from the back
Who Can Join:
This program is open to all registered members of the Calgary Foothills Soccer Club, as well as their friends and family.
Age Groups:
- Finishing School for Goal Scorers: U7 – U17
- Finishing School for Goalkeepers: U9 – U17
Please note that players will be grouped according to their stage of development.
