We are hosting a Draft Day where all female Foothills Teams from U9 and up can enter their team to be involved in an NWSL draft. Each team entered will be drawn from a hat to determine the order that they will select a team to represent and support in the upcoming NWSL 2024 Season.
What is the NWSL?
The National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) is regarded as one of the best female professional soccer leagues in the World with players like Alex Morgan, Christine Sinclair, Jessie Flemming and our very own Foothills graduate, Mya Jones!
How Is It Going To Work?
- All female Calgary Foothills teams U9 and up are asked to RSVP in the link below (completed by Team Manager)
- All Calgary Foothills teams will be given the opportunity to select an NWSL Team to represent for the entire NWSL Season
- All teams attending must RSVP in order to be entered into the draft draw
- Teams will be drawn from a hat to determine the order of NWSL Team Selection
- The Calgary Foothills Team(s) who is representing the winner of the 2024 NWSL Regular Season will win a prize for their team
