Camp Overview:
Play Fast, Play Strong: Performance Camp is designed for soccer players looking to elevate their game through structured physical development. This six-week program integrates speed, strength, agility, and power training to optimize performance on the field. Each session is built around soccer-specific movement patterns, athletic conditioning, and competitive drills to improve quickness, power output endurance, and injury resilience.
Led by Chase Wetherell and Jermaine Bucknor, along with the other members of the Sports Science Department, players will develop the physical and mental attributes needed for high-level competition, including decision-making under pressure, confidence in physical duels, and endurance for sustained performance. Whether you’re looking to gain an edge over your competition or build a foundation for long-term success, this camp will help you train with purpose and play with power.
In addition to on-field training, the camp will feature special guest speakers, covering essential topics such as Performance Nutrition, Sleep & Recovery, and Mental Preparation to give athletes the tools to perform at their peak.
