Danny Hay is the CFO and Interim CEO of Field Safe Solutions. His previous positions included officer and director of TSX and TSX-v listed companies. Most recently, Danny was the CFO of an alternative energy company that sold at a 160% premium to the market price on the TSX. He has also completed numerous M&A transactions ranging from $15 million to $150 million.
Danny has volunteered as a Board Member for Foothills since 2005. He has played a pivotal role in the establishment of “The Foothills Way” and the Club’s mandate to create a culture that ensures a memorable experience, develops excellent players and outstanding people. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BComm from the University of Calgary.
