Sarah Gingrich is a Partner at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, a full-service law firm working with clients around the globe. Sarah is also the Co-Leader of the Firm’s Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions Group, in addition to being the Group’s leader in Calgary.
Sarah’s practice is focused on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border and private equity transactions. She has extensive experience in corporate governance, continuous disclosure obligations and general regulatory compliance matters and is a frequent advisor to boards and special committees. Sarah’s leading expertise has been recognized by Chambers and Partners, the International Financial Law Review (IFLR), the Legal 500 Canada, The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and The Best Lawyers in Canada. Sarah is a member of the Alberta Securities Commission Advisory Committee. She holds a BA (History) from the University of Western Ontario, a MA (Military History) from Wilfrid Laurier University, her LLB from Dalhousie University and an ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Sarah has a keen interest in youth sports, having been a competitive swimmer, and enjoys working with the Foothills Soccer team to continue to advance a positive environment and the development of a life-long love of sport.
