
Sprint Circuit – September Session
Join us for the Sprint Circuit this September – an exhilarating high-intensity training experience designed to boost your speed and endurance. This class focuses on dynamic sprinting drills that push your limits and elevate your on-field performance. Athletes will complete rapid, repetitive sprinting exercises with short recovery periods, optimizing cardiovascular fitness and muscle power.
Preparation:
Arrive well-fuelled to get the most out of your training. We recommend a balanced, carbohydrate-rich meal before class to ensure optimal energy. Bring plenty of water to stay hydrated, and pack a high-carb snack for post-workout recovery.
