In 2023, Foothills FC capped off a dominant campaign by finishing first in the regular-season Alberta Premier League standings (formerly League1 Alberta) before capturing the championship title with a victory over St. Albert Impact in front of a passionate hometown crowd. The achievement was particularly significant, marking the inaugural season of League1 Alberta and earning Foothills widespread recognition for both individual excellence and cohesive, disciplined team play.

The momentum continued in 2024 with another strong season. Foothills FC once again advanced to the championship final, where the club narrowly missed out on back-to-back titles in a hard-fought loss to Edmonton Scottish. Despite the result, the year highlighted the team’s resilience, adaptability, and unwavering commitment to high performance.
