Why Foothills

Foothills offered me an ideal blend of player development, competitive opportunity, and a clear pathway within Canadian and North American soccer. Foothills has built a strong reputation for high-level coaching, structured programming, and a commitment to long-term player development. This aligns closely with my own professional standards when developing players technically, tactically, and physically.
The Club has a proven track record of moving players into university programs (U SPORTS & NCAA), semi-professional, and professional environments across Canada’s evolving soccer pyramid and beyond. This is an area where I believe I can add real value, making this a fantastic opportunity to contribute meaningfully.
Competing in the Alberta Premier League, and being given the honour and responsibility of leading the Senior Men’s team, provides me with exposure to meaningful competition. It also allows me to influence both the boys’ and men’s pathways, which is an exciting challenge at this stage of my career.
