Embrace the Gentle Flow Yoga – Thursdays (November 9, 16, 23, and 30; December 7, 14, and 21; and January 11, 18, and 25) – 6:00 – 7:00 pm.
Unwind with our invigorating Gentle Flow Yoga sessions. Through fluid movements and mindful breathing, you’ll gently warm up your body while simultaneously easing your mind into a state of serenity. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or a beginner, our expert instructor will offer variations and modifications to cater to all skill levels, empowering you to build strength, flexibility, and mobility.
