WE LOVE SHOWING OFF OUR FOOTHILLS FAMILY! To make it easier (and faster) to spotlight our players, coaches, parents, and volunteers, we’ve launched a simple photo portal where you can send us your best moments. From game day highlights and team bonding to community events, volunteer contributions, and special achievements, your images help us tell the story of Calgary Foothills Soccer Club across our website, social channels, and club marketing.
How it works (quick + easy):
Click the submission form: https://forms.gle/hmPjweoKoo4he5847
Add a short description (team, age group, opponent/event, date).
Upload your photos. That’s it.
Video too? If your file is over 10 MB, please email it to marketing@gofoothills.ca.
What to send:
- Action shots, celebrations, team huddles, travel days, tournaments, community events, volunteering, milestones (first goal, Player of the Match, coach/volunteer recognitions), and behind-the-scenes moments that show our values in action.
Helpful tips:
Aim for clear, in-focus images (originals over screenshots when possible).
Landscape or vertical both work.
- If you can, include photographer credit in the description.
Consent & privacy:
By submitting, you confirm you have permission to share the content and that anyone featured is comfortable being published on club channels.
Need something removed later? Email marketing@gofoothills.ca and we’ll take care of it.
Why it matters:
Every submission helps us celebrate more teams, recognize more volunteers, and share more of the everyday moments that make Foothills one of Calgary’s most vibrant soccer communities. Your photos inspire new players, connect our families, and keep our community spirit front and center.
Ready to share?
Submit your photos here: https://forms.gle/hmPjweoKoo4he5847
For large videos (over 10 MB), send to marketing@gofoothills.ca.
