Camden Izett is this year’s deserving recipient of the Mark Hamilton Scholarship. Congratulations, Camden!

Mark’s parents created the Scholarship to assist Foothills players studying at a post-secondary institution. Mark was a Foothills 1988s alum, trainer, and ardent supporter of our Club.

Camden is attending the University of British Columbia’s CAPS (Cellular, Anatomical and Physiological Sciences) program, which is part of the Faculty of Science.

She says, “Being a part of Foothills has allowed me to play the sport I love while getting involved in my community through both coaching and women-in-sport endeavours.  I’ve had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people in my teammates and coaches, all of whom inspired me in a way I hope to do for the young athletes I coach.”

We wish Camden great success in her studies!
