The National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) Draft is an annual event where NWSL teams select players from the college ranks to join their rosters.
In January 2024, three Foothills Academy and UWS alum, Mya Jones, Saorla Miller, and Grace Stordy, participated in the NWSL draft. All three graduated from Memphis University, where they had several award-winning seasons with the Tigers. Mya and Grace were youth national champions at Foothills and have played integral roles with our UWS team in the past few seasons. Saorla Miller also played for our UWS team with Mya and Grace.
