hank you to everyone who submitted ideas for our new mascot. We received more than 300 name submissions, and the creativity, humour, and Foothills spirit in the entries were outstanding.
After reviewing the submissions, we have narrowed the list to five finalists:
Boots
Hoops
Footy
Rocky
Champ
Now, the next step is yours! We need your help choosing the name that will become part of Foothills history. These five finalists came from our community, and now Foothills fans get the final say.
Voting will take place exclusively on Calgary Foothills Soccer Club social media channels, so be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram and watch for the voting post. This is the only way votes will be accepted.

The winning name will be announced on June 18 at our Community Match Event, we are hosting with CMSA.
The person who submitted the winning name will receive a Foothills jersey. If more than one person submitted the winning name, the jersey winner will be selected by random draw from everyone who submitted that name.
