The Foothills Sports Science
Team invites you to our “Play Fast, Play Strong” Summer Camp 2024! The event is open to all U11 to U13 male and female players looking to improve their soccer performance.
Foothills is a “Club for All,” and we welcome young soccer players from across Calgary and surrounding areas, regardless of their Club affiliation.
Everyone is welcome!
Overview:
The “Play Fast, Play Strong” Camp is designed to enhance the physical capabilities of soccer players, whether strikers, midfielders, defenders, or goalkeepers. Sessions will focus on strength, speed, agility, endurance, and power training resilience. Led by experienced coaches, participants will engage in a variety of exercises, drills, and techniques to improve their performance on and off the field.

Dates: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from July 2 to August 2, 2024
Time: 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Location: Macron Performance Centre
Fee: $300 per player

What to Bring:
The Camp will take place outside, weather permitting. In case of inclement weather, alternative indoor facilities will be arranged.

> Water bottle

> A positive attitude and willingness to push beyond comfort zones
