Internationally, Sarah represented Canada at the 2017 Summer Universiade in Taipei and participated in national youth team camps. These experiences, she has said, instilled in her both pride and perspective.
That dual role became even more pronounced when Calgary launched its Northern Super League franchise, Calgary Wild FC, in 2025. Sarah was among the first local signings, immediately connecting her career full circle. At Wild FC, she spearheaded Keepers’ Corner, an initiative that brings underprivileged youth to matches and integrates mentorship with access to the game. “Sport can do so much… giving them that sense of belonging and community within the school… it has a ripple effect,” she explained, highlighting her desire to leverage soccer beyond the pitch. For these efforts, she was named the NSL Intact Impact Award winner in July 2025, recognized league-wide for her leadership.
Whether commanding the penalty area, mentoring young athletes, or representing her city on a new professional stage, Sarah Keilty-Dilling has consistently embodied the balance between elite performance and authentic service.
