  • Salary: 38.00 to 39.50 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30.00 to 35.00 hours per week
  • Terms of employment: Permanent employment/Full time

Overview

Languages: English

Education: Bachelor’s degree in physical education or in a related field

Experience: 

  • 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Previous experience working within a performance department in an elite player development environment
  • Desirable experience in athlete testing, data analysis, Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) implementation, interdisciplinary (multi-disciplinary team) working, and the delivery of high-performance programs.

Onsite

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Tasks:

  • Carry out management duties
  • Coordinate competitive programs
  • Develop well planned competitive schedules and programs
  • Plan, develop and implement training and practice sessions
  • Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games
  • Participate in coaching clinic instruction
  • Analyze and evaluate athletes’ or team’s performance

Credentials

Certificates, licenses, memberships and courses: 

  • Level 1 Certificate in Coaching or equivalent
