His experience in a variety of football environments has strengthened his ability to create inclusive, player-centred settings that challenge players while allowing them to be creative and expressive.
Alongside his practical coaching experience, James brings a strong academic background to the role. He is currently completing an MSc in Set Pieces in Football: Coaching, Analysis & Execution from Sports Data Campus, further enhancing his knowledge in one of the game’s most influential areas. At the heart of James’ work is a belief that players learn best when they are engaged, supported, and enjoying the process. He is passionate about creating high-energy, positive environments where young players can build technical quality, develop confidence on the ball, and grow into respectful, resilient people both on and off the field.
