Lee Tucker
Academy Director | CSA A Licence
Lee Tucker is our Academy Director and plays a central role in shaping the programs that ensure players experience a clear, consistent pathway as they progress through the club.
Having coached at Foothills for more than a decade, Lee has helped develop countless players who have advanced to youth national teams, collegiate programs, and professional environments. His leadership extends beyond youth development as Head Coach of the Foothills Women’s Pro Am team, where he has guided the program to conference championships and national finals.
Lee’s experience, combined with his CSA A Licence, helps ensure that Foothills players benefit from a development environment that balances high standards with a strong sense of community.
In 2026, Lee participated in an invaluable experience supporting the U17 Women’s National Team on an international training tour, gaining first-hand insight into elite standards, high-performance environments, and international competition. The trip provided a unique opportunity to observe top-level player development, benchmark against global opposition, and further understand the demands of the international game.
Why Foothills?
“Foothills represents a standard and environment where development is intentional and aligned with a clear pathway. It’s a place that prioritizes people, builds a strong culture of continuous improvement, and challenges players to reach their next level. The ambition to bridge youth, amateur, and professional soccer is something I’m deeply connected to. It’s where I can have the greatest impact while continuing to grow the game and the individuals within it.”
